Real-Time Messaging on Rails

A working chat application built on Ruby on Rails, supporting both private direct messages and group chats.

Users can start one-to-oneprivate DMs or joingroup chats, with messages exchanged live — a hands-on exploration of real-time messaging patterns within the Rails framework.

Built with Ruby on Rails and its server-rendered views, this project focuses on the messaging domain: conversations, participants, and the flow of messages between them.

Private DMs
